What you will do

• Install, configure, and troubleshoot security products following established project plans.
• Integrate security solutions with client SIEM systems.
• Provide post-implementation monitoring and generate regular performance reports for clients.
• Maintain and update client implementation configuration documentation.
• Manage support cases and product issue logs in accordance with strict SLAs.
• Collaborate with Security Solutions Architects to refine implementation processes.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work from the Selangor or Penang office in Malaysia.
• 3+ years of experience in IT procedures and DataCenter operations.
• 3+ years of experience with software installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Strong understanding of technology stacks including network, application servers, and databases.
• Proven ability to build and maintain long-term working relationships with clients.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.

Nice to have

• Experience with Database Activity Monitoring and Application Monitoring.
• Knowledge of public cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Familiarity with IT security concepts like encryption, identity management, and virtual patching.
• Consulting background with experience in managed or professional services.
