TL;DR

Program Officer (Leadership): Provide logistical, event management, administrative, and Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) support for the Southeast Asia Leadership Program and related initiatives with an accent on program coordination, data management, and stakeholder engagement. Focus on supporting program implementation, MEL activities, and reporting to government stakeholders.

Location: Australia-based, remote or from hirify.global offices in Canberra, Adelaide, or Brisbane

What you will do

  • Coordinate participant administration including documentation, visa support, and enquiries.
  • Arrange travel logistics such as flight bookings and travel insurance.
  • Support planning and delivery of program events and leadership activities.
  • Maintain accurate program and participant records ensuring confidentiality and data integrity.
  • Assist with data collection, analysis, and reporting to inform decision-making.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of program systems and MEL tools.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Australia with established working rights; no visa sponsorship or relocation support available.
  • Experience in administration and/or monitoring, evaluation and learning (MEL) within program environments.
  • Strong organisational, data management, and analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for diverse stakeholder engagement.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 including Excel and SharePoint.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
