Location: Must be based in San Francisco and work 5-6 days/week in-office

What you will do
- Own the end-to-end provider conversion and cross-sell lifecycle funnel.
- Lead and manage the provider success team to drive adoption and revenue.
- Partner with engineering to design and deploy AI agents for sales, onboarding, and account management.
- Develop and scale repeatable playbooks for provider activation and expansion.
- Collaborate with product and engineering to inform the roadmap based on revenue data.
- Establish measurement systems to track the impact of growth initiatives.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in customer success, account management, sales operations, or business development.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and customer conversion in B2B environments.
- Demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performing teams.
- Experience operating in fast-paced startup environments.
- Must be able to work 5 days/week in-office in San Francisco.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to extract insights from data.
Nice to have
- Experience with marketplaces or two-sided platforms.
- Background in regulated industries like education or childcare.
- Early experience with AI tools, agents, or automation workflows.
- SaaS implementation or onboarding experience.
