TL;DR

Provider Growth & AI Agent Operations Lead (SaaS): Driving 3-5x revenue growth by managing the provider customer lifecycle and deploying AI agents to scale sales and success operations. Focus on building repeatable cross-sell playbooks, optimizing product-led growth, and collaborating with engineering to integrate AI-driven engagement tools.

Location: Must be based in San Francisco and work 5-6 days/week in-office

What you will do

  • Own the end-to-end provider conversion and cross-sell lifecycle funnel.
  • Lead and manage the provider success team to drive adoption and revenue.
  • Partner with engineering to design and deploy AI agents for sales, onboarding, and account management.
  • Develop and scale repeatable playbooks for provider activation and expansion.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering to inform the roadmap based on revenue data.
  • Establish measurement systems to track the impact of growth initiatives.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in customer success, account management, sales operations, or business development.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and customer conversion in B2B environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performing teams.
  • Experience operating in fast-paced startup environments.
  • Must be able to work 5 days/week in-office in San Francisco.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to extract insights from data.

Nice to have

  • Experience with marketplaces or two-sided platforms.
  • Background in regulated industries like education or childcare.
  • Early experience with AI tools, agents, or automation workflows.
  • SaaS implementation or onboarding experience.
