What you will do

• Build and maintain backend services and APIs using Python and AI-assisted development workflows.
• Own features end-to-end from design through production, ensuring high performance and quality.
• Drive AI adoption within the engineering team by refining and scaling AI-driven development practices.
• Develop and support single-page applications using Vue.
• Collaborate with cross-functional feature teams and Product Managers to deliver business value.
• Identify opportunities to reduce manual effort and improve operational reliability through automation.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Python and backend service development.
• Proven experience helping teams adopt AI-driven development practices.
• Solid experience with PostgreSQL, Docker, and API design.
• Frontend experience with Vue or React.
• Fluent in English with strong communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with Django, DRF, or FastAPI.
• Familiarity with Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Experience with unit and end-to-end testing.
