Location: Must be based in or be able to relocate to Bangkok, Thailand

What you will do
- Design and operate a shared knowledge layer for conversational analytics.
- Model governed metrics, dimensions, joins, and grain for business domains.
- Structure expert context, glossaries, and question patterns as Git-reviewed assets.
- Build validation signals for data freshness and drift.
- Expose the knowledge layer through APIs for applications and agents.
- Partner with analytics and product teams on access control and quality standards.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in BI, analytics engineering, or data platform engineering.
- Strong experience with semantic or metrics layers like LookML or dbt metrics.
- Expertise in SQL and analytical modeling on OLAP or warehouse systems.
- Experience with knowledge engineering, versioned definitions, and peer review workflows.
- API-first mindset with experience designing for multiple consumers.
- Clear communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
Nice to have
- Experience with open-source semantic layer engines like Cube or MetricFlow.
- Background in agent or tool-interface development for LLM-powered applications.
- Experience with NL-to-data products or retrieval evaluation.
- Proficiency in Python or Node.js service development.
- Experience in large-scale e-commerce or travel analytics environments.
