Location: Must be based in Kenya or South Africa. Role requires working during EST hours.

What you will do

  • Own and scale Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns from ideation to execution.
  • Manage monthly ad budgets ranging from $10K to $250K+ across multiple accounts.
  • Develop high-converting ad angles, hooks, and compelling ad copy.
  • Create detailed creative briefs for designers, editors, and content teams.
  • Analyze campaign performance daily and make proactive optimization decisions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align campaigns with business and revenue goals.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience running Facebook and Instagram ads.
  • Proven experience managing at least $10,000/month in ad spend.
  • Experience managing 5+ accounts simultaneously.
  • Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager, pixel setup, and conversion tracking.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • Reliable remote work setup with stable internet connection.

Nice to have

  • Experience managing $100K–$250K+ monthly budgets.
  • Hands-on experience with UGC workflows and video ad production.
  • Experience using AI tools for creative production.
  • Familiarity with GoHighLevel or similar CRM platforms.
