What you will do

• Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Create, manage, and publish content calendars across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, and YouTube.
• Monitor and engage with online communities by responding to comments, DMs, and mentions.
• Track and analyze key performance metrics to generate actionable insights and reports.
• Collaborate with creative teams to produce multimedia assets that align with brand voice.
• Support paid and organic social campaigns to drive traffic and lead generation.

Requirements

• 2+ years of professional social media management experience.
• Must be based in Colombia, Mexico, Brazil, or Costa Rica.
• Must be available to work during U.S. Business Hours.
• Proficiency with scheduling and analytics tools like Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or HubSpot.
• Strong copywriting, editing, and communication skills.
• Experience with visual content creation tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.

Nice to have

• Experience managing social media for SaaS, e-commerce, or agency brands.
• Background in influencer marketing and UGC campaigns.
• Experience supporting paid social media advertising.
