What you will do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for high-level client accounts via Slack and Zoom.
• Build and manage email marketing campaigns using Mailchimp and Klaviyo.
• Update and maintain website content using WordPress and various CMS platforms.
• Conduct SEO research and audits using Ahrefs and Semrush to drive optimization.
• Analyze campaign performance using GA4 and prepare client-friendly reports.
• Coordinate tasks across design, content, and leadership teams to ensure project timelines are met.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in marketing account management or client-facing agency roles.
• Strong proficiency with Mailchimp, WordPress, Ahrefs/Semrush, and GA4.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple client priorities and project workflows simultaneously.
• Must be based in Kenya or South Africa.
• Must be available to work during U.S. Business Hours.

Nice to have

• Experience with HubSpot or Klaviyo.
• Skills in Canva or Adobe Express.
• Familiarity with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and paid media reporting.
• Experience working with executive-level clients.
