Salary: $22.09 per hour (approx. $3,734 monthly)

What you will do

  • Operate and maintain warehouse equipment including forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems.
  • Perform inventory management tasks such as cycle counts, record keeping, and product placement.
  • Support safety programs, follow company policies, and participate in root cause analysis activities.
  • Handle loading/unloading of trucks and railcars and manage storage of perishable goods in refrigerated areas.
  • Conduct preventive maintenance and general housekeeping to ensure warehouse efficiency.
  • Collaborate with team members and provide relief to other associates as needed.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be able to work onsite at American Falls, ID, USA
  • English: Effective communication skills in verbal and written English required
  • Ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds regularly and up to 100 pounds with team assistance.
  • Experience or willingness to train and become forklift certified.
  • Technical knowledge of warehouse equipment operation and maintenance.
  • Willingness to work 12-hour shifts, any day of the week including weekends, with possible overtime.
