What you will do

  • Build, launch, and manage paid campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other emerging channels.
  • Develop full-funnel B2B lead generation strategies and align messaging across media and landing pages.
  • Monitor campaign performance daily and optimize key metrics like CTR, CPC, CPL, and ROAS.
  • Run structured A/B tests on ad creatives, audiences, bidding strategies, and landing pages.
  • Audit and troubleshoot pixel setups, conversion tracking, and attribution models using GA4 and GTM.
  • Partner with sales, content, and design teams to provide feedback based on performance data.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing or paid media.
  • Proven experience managing Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Strong background in B2B lead generation and funnel optimization.
  • Advanced experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM).
  • Ability to independently build campaigns, launch tracking, and report results.
  • Must be based in Brazil, Colombia, Costa Rica, or Mexico and available for U.S. time zone alignment.

Nice to have

  • Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, or Marketo.
  • Experience managing large advertising budgets and multiple accounts.
  • Certifications in Google Ads or Meta Ads.
  • Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or CRO tools.
