What you will do
- Manage complex executive calendars and prioritize schedules across multiple time zones.
- Handle executive communications, including email screening and drafting professional reports.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements and reconcile related expenses.
- Support strategic initiatives by tracking deliverables, deadlines, and action items.
- Organize board meetings, off-sites, and virtual events with detailed briefing materials.
- Maintain confidential records and improve administrative systems and processes.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Chief of Staff, or in executive operations.
- Proven track record supporting CEOs, founders, or C-Suite executives.
- Must be based in Colombia, Brazil, Mexico, Argentina, or Costa Rica.
- Must be available to work during U.S. business hours.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
- High level of discretion, professionalism, and ability to handle confidential information.
Nice to have
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Communications.
- Experience supporting leadership in high-growth startups, finance, or technology sectors.
- Proficiency in project management tools like Asana, Monday.com, or Notion.
