What you will do
- Define and execute the vision for ’s GTM intelligence infrastructure (systems, models, and outputs) for leadership signals across pipeline health, retention risk, expansion opportunity, and market position.
- Translate data across CRM, marketing automation, product usage, and financial systems into curated insight products (dashboards, briefings, alerts, and AI-generated summaries) for senior GTM leadership.
- Own deployment and organizational change management for the GTM AI agent platform, including use-case roadmap prioritization and governance for safe, repeatable, measurable AI deployment.
- Act as a senior thought partner to Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance leaders, bridging business questions to intelligence products.
- Represent the intelligence function in executive forums (board preparation, QBRs, and strategic planning cycles).
- Build and lead a team of GTM Engineers, setting standards for analytical rigor, communication quality, and AI fluency.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in analytics, strategy, business intelligence, or GTM operations, with demonstrated ownership of insight products consumed by senior leadership.
- Hands-on experience implementing AI and LLM-based tools in a business context, including understanding where they succeed/fail and how to govern them responsibly.
- Proven ability to translate data into decisions by building solutions that change how leaders act (not only dashboards).
- Cross-functional credibility with VP- and C-suite stakeholders through clear communication and high-quality thinking.
- Experience building and developing teams, including analysts or technical contributors.
- Comfort operating in greenfield, ambiguous environments where the approach is still being defined.

Hiring process

Salary: $200,000–$300,000 USD annually (USA-based roles) or $184,000–$276,000 CAD annually (Canada-based roles).
