What you will do

• Advise on compliance and legal issues related to financial product structuring (payments and banking)
• Draft customer-facing legal documents for financial products
• Manage regulatory expectations, requirements, and applications for product features
• Engage and collaborate with European and local regulators
• Handle significant and complex legal matters with short turnaround times
• Combine functional expertise with a results-driven approach

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Germany or able to work remotely within Germany
• 5+ years post-qualification experience
• Experience advising on financial regulations in Germany and EEA-wide
• Fluency in English and German (C1+)
• Experience with PSD2 and CRD regulations
• Strong stakeholder management and decision-making skills under ambiguity
