What you will do
- Act as the primary point of contact for 20–30 active clients, managing performance and expectations.
- Diagnose and optimize underperforming campaigns, troubleshooting deliverability, inbox placement, and spam issues.
- Manage technical infrastructure including warm-up systems, DNS, SPF, DKIM, and DMARC.
- Write and refine cold email copy to improve open and reply rates.
- Build and maintain scalable SOPs and operational playbooks for campaign management.
- Collaborate with developers and outreach teams to improve automation workflows and system performance.
Requirements
- Proven experience in cold email agencies, lead generation, or outbound sales environments.
- Strong hands-on expertise in deliverability, inbox placement, and outbound infrastructure.
- Technical proficiency with APIs, automations, and outbound systems.
- Ability to work with U.S. client overlap hours.
- Strong copywriting ability for outbound campaigns.
- Comfortable operating independently in a fast-moving startup environment.
Nice to have
- Experience with tools like Instantly, Smartlead, Clay, Apollo, Lemlist, or HubSpot.
- Familiarity with Zapier, Make, and webhooks.
- Background in scaling outbound systems for agencies or SaaS companies.
