TL;DR

Location: Must be based in or able to work within the time zones of the UAE, Qatar, Bahrain, or Oman with U.S. client overlap.

What you will do

  • Act as the primary point of contact for 20–30 active clients, managing performance and expectations.
  • Diagnose and optimize underperforming campaigns, troubleshooting deliverability, inbox placement, and spam issues.
  • Manage technical infrastructure including warm-up systems, DNS, SPF, DKIM, and DMARC.
  • Write and refine cold email copy to improve open and reply rates.
  • Build and maintain scalable SOPs and operational playbooks for campaign management.
  • Collaborate with developers and outreach teams to improve automation workflows and system performance.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in cold email agencies, lead generation, or outbound sales environments.
  • Strong hands-on expertise in deliverability, inbox placement, and outbound infrastructure.
  • Technical proficiency with APIs, automations, and outbound systems.
  • Ability to work with U.S. client overlap hours.
  • Strong copywriting ability for outbound campaigns.
  • Comfortable operating independently in a fast-moving startup environment.

Nice to have

  • Experience with tools like Instantly, Smartlead, Clay, Apollo, Lemlist, or HubSpot.
  • Familiarity with Zapier, Make, and webhooks.
  • Background in scaling outbound systems for agencies or SaaS companies.
