People Partner Lead (HRBP): Driving talent strategy and organizational design for the Customer Experience organization with an accent on operational complexity and high-stakes leadership partnership. Location: Must be based in or near Scottsdale, AZ; Denver, CO; San Francisco, CA; or New York, NY. This is a hybrid role requiring 2-3 days per week in the office.
Salary: $158,300 – $229,345/year (varies by location and experience).

What you will do
- Partner with CX leadership on organizational design, workforce planning, and talent strategy.
- Lead complex organizational changes, including communication, transition planning, and execution.
- Manage and develop a team of 2 People Partners to support frontline CX teams.
- Synthesize People data to provide actionable insights to the CX leadership team.
- Build and implement scalable People processes and playbooks, leveraging AI to reduce administrative overhead.
- Serve as the primary liaison between the CX organization and broader People functions like Talent Acquisition and Total Rewards.
Requirements
- 10+ years of HRBP or People Partner experience, specifically supporting large operational or customer-facing organizations.
- Prior people management experience is required.
- Proven track record of owning complex programs end-to-end, from design to execution.
- Strong operator mindset with a bias for action and high speed of execution.
- Experience working with People data and translating it into clear narratives for senior leadership.
- Must be comfortable working in a hybrid environment in designated office locations.
Nice to have
- Background at high-growth SaaS companies, ideally founder-led or recently public.
- Experience supporting contact centers or large non-exempt/hourly workforces.
- Active interest and experience in using AI tools to improve HR workflows.
