What you will do

• Treat demo environments like a product: own data integrity, versioning, reliability, and rapid reset; build tooling for data generation, environment provisioning, and workflow templates.
• Be the first user and harshest critic of each release by translating shipped features into demo-ready workflows and owning the demo asset roadmap.
• When entering a new vertical, build the demo from zero by partnering with AEs and SMEs to turn vertical knowledge into a credible day-one demo and iterating from prospect feedback and deal outcomes.
• Work with Product and Engineering as a peer to surface gaps between what ships and what is actually demoed; collaborate with medical and RCM stakeholders to ensure demos match real-world problem solving.
• Create instructional content regularly and support demos that make complex workflows understandable to non-technical audiences.

Requirements

• 0–2 years as a Demo Engineer or equivalent (Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, or Solutions Architect).
• Strong preference for TypeScript/JavaScript proficiency (codebase is TypeScript).
• Solid workflow design skills to convert messy business processes into clean technical implementations.
• API experience building integrations (not just reading documentation).
• High ownership: take an ambiguous problem, define scope, and ship.
• Comfortable on camera for regular instructional content.

Location: New York City Office

Salary: $105,000–$125,000 OTE (plus equity and commission)
