What you will do

  • Manage tenant inquiries regarding rent, lease terms, and maintenance requests.
  • Draft and process lease agreements, renewals, and onboarding documentation.
  • Maintain accurate records and generate reports in property management software like Yardi, AppFolio, or Buildium.
  • Coordinate vendor work orders and track maintenance tickets to resolution.
  • Prepare owner statements, cash flow summaries, and occupancy reports.
  • Ensure all documentation complies with local regulations and internal standards.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in property management, leasing, or real estate operations.
  • Hands-on experience with property management systems such as Yardi, AppFolio, or Buildium.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
  • Must be available to work U.S. business hours.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple workflows simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
