Location: Must be based in Boston, MA, with a hybrid expectation of 3 days per week on-site.
Salary: $155,000–$206,000 (Base), OTE: $194,000–$258,000.

What you will do
- Own and evolve the visual identity, brand system, and creative standards across all channels.
- Translate business and go-to-market strategy into creative concepts for campaigns and thought leadership.
- Lead creative direction for integrated campaigns from concept through production.
- Build and mentor a multidisciplinary creative team, including graphic and motion designers.
- Establish scalable creative processes for intake, prioritization, and resource allocation.
- Partner with executive leadership on keynotes, investor materials, and major company announcements.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in creative leadership, brand design, or art direction.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating brand systems, integrated campaigns, and digital experiences.
- Proven track record of connecting creative strategy to business goals and measurable outcomes.
- Experience leading creative teams and managing external agencies or vendors.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to influence senior leadership.
- Must be able to work on-site in Boston, MA 3 days per week.
Nice to have
- Experience building or evolving a brand within B2B SaaS or high-growth technology companies.
- Familiarity with modern marketing channels and creative production workflows.
- Experience partnering on employer branding or executive/investor communications.
