What you will do

• Manage and grow a Public Sector-focused Audit, Risk & Compliance (ARC) interim desk.
• Build relationships with public sector clients and identify off-contract spend and new opportunities.
• Deliver end-to-end interim recruitment solutions across audit, risk, governance and compliance roles.
• Develop candidate pipelines within key ARC skillsets.
• Collaborate with an experienced manager leading a permanent ARC desk to coordinate temp and perm hiring where appropriate.

Requirements

• Proven recruitment experience (temp/interim preferred, but strong permanent consultants considered).
• Interest or experience in audit, risk, governance or compliance markets.
• Confidence in business development and client engagement.
• Commercial awareness and ambition to scale a high-potential desk.
