What you will do
- Lead the end-to-end implementation of Greenhouse across the global Talent Acquisition organization.
- Configure recruiting workflows, candidate stages, scorecards, and automation while balancing business needs with best practices.
- Develop and execute data migration strategies from legacy systems like Jobvite to ensure data integrity.
- Partner with HRIS, IT, and third-party vendors to design and validate integrations with Dayforce, Okta, and other enterprise tools.
- Lead testing activities including UAT, regression testing, and production readiness.
- Develop administrator documentation and provide knowledge transfer to internal teams for long-term ownership.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in HR systems or ATS implementation.
- 5+ years of hands-on Greenhouse administration and implementation experience.
- Proven track record of leading at least two enterprise-level Greenhouse implementations from discovery to go-live.
- Strong technical expertise in HR technology integrations including APIs, webhooks, and middleware.
- Must be authorized to work in the US (No visa sponsorship available).
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and stakeholders independently.
