Starlink Enterprise Account Director (Aviation): Manage and grow strategic enterprise aviation customer accounts for Starlink, focusing on onboarding, retention, and revenue growth. Location: Redmond, WA, USA. This is not a remote position and requires relocation if not local to Woodinville, Redmond, Hawthorne, or Bastrop areas.

What you will do

  • Serve as primary contact for strategic Enterprise Aviation customers from contract signature through activation and ongoing management.
  • Lead account onboarding, retention, and revenue growth efforts.
  • Collaborate with Account Specialists and Leads to manage orders, invoicing, and supply.
  • Build and maintain relationships with executive stakeholders to identify requirements and manage expectations.
  • Collect and communicate customer feedback to influence programmatic and technical development.
  • Drive process and system improvements to enhance customer experience and scale business operations.

Requirements

  • Must be located in or willing to relocate to the Woodinville, Redmond, Hawthorne, or Bastrop areas.
  • Must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee to comply with ITAR regulations.
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or business, or equivalent experience with 10+ years in business development, program management, sales, or account management.
  • 8+ years of experience in customer-facing roles.
  • Availability to work extended hours and travel up to 30% as needed.

Nice to have

  • Experience in aviation industry account management, onboard connectivity, satellite integrations, or fleet/mobility applications.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and technical knowledge of Starlink or telecommunications.
  • Ability to interpret contract documents and deliverables.
