What you will do

• Take responsibility for accurate production and timely submission of regulatory reporting forms across capital, liquidity, and financial resilience pillars
• Improve best practices by optimising control and governance systems with clear documentation
• Ensure reporting requirements are met within deadlines and to the highest standard of accuracy and completeness
• Review and challenge data inputs and outputs for consistency in regulatory disclosures
• Explain regulatory concepts and requirements to key stakeholders professionally and concisely
• Support review and implementation of new products including reporting requirements and key metric impact

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in the Philippines
• 3+ years experience as a regulatory reporting manager in banking or regulated financial services
• Knowledge of PDIC standards and reporting forms
• Strong analytical and numerical skills
• Ability to interpret and apply complex regulatory text to operational reporting
• Self-starter, independent, well-organised with attention to detail and able to meet tight deadlines

Nice to have

• Experience with data warehouses, SQL queries, and reporting solutions
• Ability to adapt to and drive change
