Compensation: $92,200–$171,100 per year.

What you will do

  • Own and grow relationships with assigned OEM customers, distributors, and key channel partners.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive revenue, unit growth, and customer retention.
  • Partner with field sales, regional leadership, and product management to support customer needs.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and market feedback for business planning.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, industry meetings, and business reviews.
  • Manage opportunities and track performance using Salesforce and Power BI.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United States.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or science.
  • 5–7 years of sales experience in pumps, drives, or industrial products.
  • Experience managing distributors, strategic accounts, or OEM customers.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, Power BI, and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to understand technical applications and recommend effective solutions.
