What you will do

• Design and develop scalable backend systems using Flink, Spark, Vitess, and TiDB.
• Lead end-to-end feature development from concept to deployment using event-driven design patterns.
• Collaborate with data science teams to integrate machine learning models for real-time freight matching.
• Contribute to both backend and frontend platform development, including LLM orchestration and tool-calling patterns.
• Architect system performance improvements through advanced data modeling, caching, and workflow integration.
• Drive CI/CD initiatives and automate workflows to improve deployment speed and engineering efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the job offered or related occupation.
• Proficiency in Python, Java, Agentic Frameworks, Postgres, Redis, and API integrations.
• Experience with Flink, Spark, TiDB, Vitess, Kafka, and MySQL.
• Strong background in event-driven/workflow systems design, ITSM integration, and analytics architecture.
• Knowledge of LLM orchestration and tool-calling patterns.
