Inventory Associate

Location: Must be based in Hazelwood, Missouri, United States (Onsite)

Compensation: $19–$23/hr

What you will do

• Perform daily cycle counts using RF guns or paper documentation.
• Maintain material flow consistency and accuracy across internal departments.
• Execute inventory transactions including write-offs, location transfers, and physical count postings.
• Report damaged products and monitor expiring stock according to SOPs.
• Assist with root cause analysis for stock inaccuracies and participate in special projects.
• Ensure compliance with ISO and FDA regulations during all counting processes.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to work onsite in Hazelwood, Missouri.
• Experience with inventory control systems and Warehouse Management systems, preferably SAP.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access).
• Ability to operate a forklift and standard order picker lift.
• Working knowledge of SOP and GMP requirements.
