What you will do

• Approve counterparty research reviews and internal credit ratings analysis.
• Develop and utilize financial models to assess debt service capabilities through cash flow projections.
• Analyze credit facilities and recommend Regulatory Risk Ratings.
• Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership and manage escalations.
• Lead ongoing surveillance and prepare portfolio observations for management.
• Provide industry-specific training and review process guidance to junior analysts.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in credit risk or a related financial role.
• Proficiency in financial modeling, including DCF and multiple-based valuation methods.
• Strong analytical and communication skills for presenting research to stakeholders.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment across regional offices.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple assignments concurrently.
