What you will do

• Extract, cleanse, and harmonize spend data from ERP/AP/PO systems and build multi-dimensional spend cubes with drill-down insights.
• Identify savings levers and develop should-cost models to support negotiations and commercial optimization.
• Write and optimize complex SQL queries and Python scripts for data extraction, transformation, and analytical pipelines.
• Apply Generative AI and machine learning to automate procurement analytics tasks including contract analysis, category strategy, and spend classification.
• Independently manage multiple workstreams, build reusable analytical frameworks, and communicate findings to senior stakeholders.

Requirements

• 4–6+ years of hands-on experience in procurement analytics, spend analytics, cost modelling, or sourcing analytics.
• Expert-level proficiency in Excel, advanced SQL, and Python for data extraction and modelling.
• Deep procurement domain knowledge including categories, sourcing, contracts, and spend taxonomy.
• Demonstrated experience applying AI or ML in procurement or supply chain contexts with measurable outcomes.
• Strong independent problem-solving skills and ability to deliver end-to-end solutions with minimal supervision.

Nice to have

• Consulting or analytics-as-a-service background.
• Familiarity with ERPs and procurement suites.
• Experience guiding junior analysts and client-facing presentations.
