What you will do

• Implement Scrum frameworks within IT delivery teams to drive software development.
• Facilitate all Scrum events including sprint planning, grooming, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups.
• Guide teams toward self-organization and continuous improvement by resolving conflicts and removing obstacles.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and team goals through clear communication and metrics.
• Identify and mitigate risks that could hinder project delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective program execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) certification.
• 2-4 years of experience in technical and business environments.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Scrum Master leading Agile teams.
• Proficiency with Atlassian tools (JIRA and Confluence).
• Strong understanding of software development life cycles and project management methodologies.
