What you will do
- Implement Scrum frameworks within IT delivery teams to drive software development.
- Facilitate all Scrum events including sprint planning, grooming, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups.
- Guide teams toward self-organization and continuous improvement by resolving conflicts and removing obstacles.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and team goals through clear communication and metrics.
- Identify and mitigate risks that could hinder project delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective program execution.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) certification.
- 2-4 years of experience in technical and business environments.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Scrum Master leading Agile teams.
- Proficiency with Atlassian tools (JIRA and Confluence).
- Strong understanding of software development life cycles and project management methodologies.
