What you will do

• Lead new customer implementations following standard methodology from SOW to completion.
• Manage system setup, configuration, and training for residential construction clients.
• Provide consultative support to optimize customer workflows and maximize product utilization.
• Deliver engaging remote and onsite training sessions for customers and prospects.
• Monitor software adoption and proactively address usage challenges.
• Maintain accurate administrative records, including time tracking and project reports.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• Ability to travel up to 50% for onsite training and implementation.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, construction management, accounting, or a related field.
• 2+ years of full life cycle project implementation experience with ERP software.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

• Bilingual in Spanish.
• Project Management Certification.
• MBA or relevant graduate degree.
• Prior experience in construction, software, or manufacturing fields.
