What you will do

• Supervise and develop a team of manufacturing technicians on a compressed shift schedule.
• Set priorities and manage performance to meet goals in safety, quality, availability, and velocity.
• Assess personnel and material levels to determine and execute production schedules.
• Establish operating policies and procedures to ensure cost and quality objectives are met.
• Monitor work-in-process flow and provide technical direction on quality issues.
• Act as a role model for company culture and drive high-performance standards.

Requirements

• High School diploma with 5+ years of experience in the semiconductor fabrication industry OR Associates degree with 3+ years of experience in the semiconductor fabrication industry.
• Must be authorized to work in the US without hirify.global immigration sponsorship.
• Must be able to work on-site in Phoenix, Arizona.
• Proven leadership experience with a track record of delivering results through people.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a high-performing team culture.
• Proficiency in data analysis and basic statistics.

Nice to have

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in a semiconductor fabrication environment, specifically with Dry Etch processes.
• Experience with vendor field service engineering support and manufacturing technician toolsets.
• Technical expertise in Semiconductor Process engineering.
