What you will do

• Execute maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting tasks on vehicle and autonomous systems.
• Complete work orders accurately and follow established SOPs.
• Work with AV components, including sensors, diagnostics, and system checks.
• Capture logs, photos, and diagnostic data for fleet operations.
• Participate in shift briefs, debriefs, and handoffs with the technical team.
• Escalate issues clearly and immediately to leads and senior technicians.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in fleet, automotive, or technical operations.
• Basic experience with maintenance or mechanical systems.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. and satisfy potential national security-related scrutiny.
• Willingness to learn AV systems and diagnostic workflows.
• Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on safety and accuracy.
• Ability to follow instructions and SOPs consistently.

Nice to have

• Experience in a shop or garage environment.
• Exposure to autonomous vehicle systems or sensors.
