TL;DR

Salary: $50,000 base + commission

What you will do

  • Execute 100% outbound sales activities including cold calling, email, and social outreach.
  • Research target accounts to identify potential business needs for marketing and digital services.
  • Qualify prospects and conduct initial discovery conversations to determine solution fit.
  • Consistently meet the goal of booking 15 qualified meetings per month.
  • Hand off qualified meetings to the Executive Marketing Consultant with detailed notes.
  • Maintain accurate records of all activities and lead statuses within the CRM.

Requirements

  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.
  • 0–2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or client-facing roles.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Highly coachable with a resilient attitude toward high-volume outreach and rejection.
  • Ability to research companies and identify business needs.
  • Self-motivated and organized with a desire to grow in a fast-paced sales environment.
