TL;DR

Product Enablement Lead (AI): Building and scaling the training infrastructure and documentation for GTM teams to ensure effective product usage with an accent on revenue lifecycle automation. Focus on translating product roadmaps into actionable enablement programs and certifying product fluency across revenue teams.

Location: On-site in New York City (4 days a week in-office)

Salary: $144K – $198K

What you will do

  • Own the training infrastructure and enablement programs for AEs, BDRs, and customer success teams.
  • Translate strategic product roadmaps and new launches into digestible internal training content.
  • Build and maintain the internal knowledge base, including playbooks, training guides, and FAQs.
  • Design and facilitate recurring product training sessions and certification frameworks to validate fluency.
  • Partner with Product, PMM, and GTM leaders to ensure field readiness across the customer journey.
  • Create repeatable enablement playbooks that scale as the team and market footprint grow.

Requirements

  • 7-10 years of experience in product enablement, sales enablement, or technical training within B2B SaaS.
  • Proven track record of building internal knowledge systems and training programs from scratch.
  • Exceptional written communication skills for translating complex product concepts into clear documentation.
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Product, PMM, and Sales teams.
  • Must be based in New York City for a 4-day-a-week in-office presence at the Soho office.

Nice to have

  • Experience enabling teams selling to finance leaders (CFOs, controllers).
