What you will do

• Design and build internal applications and platform tooling that support engineering teams across the organization.
• Develop and maintain front-end interfaces using Vue.js and modern web technologies.
• Shape platform architecture, including deployment pipelines, server virtualization, and observability practices.
• Drive platform reliability by planning and executing maintenance activities to keep capabilities resilient.
• Champion security best practices and contribute to vulnerability assessments and remediation efforts.
• Engage in agile delivery through stand-ups, planning, retrospectives, and code reviews.

Requirements

• Associate Degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience (Bachelor's preferred).
• Minimum of 2 years related work experience.
• Proficiency in programming languages and tools relevant to the full-stack cloud environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and demonstrated understanding of design principles.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be based in or able to work in the hybrid model in Madison, WI.
