What you will do
- Help find top talent for great companies, ranging from YC startups to large enterprises.
- Leverage your professional network and following to identify exceptional candidates.
- Engage with a community of mature professionals to share knowledge and market insights.
- Utilize community playbooks, tools, and collective intelligence to optimize the hiring process.
Requirements
- Senior+ experience as a Product Manager, Designer, or Product Leader.
- Strong professional network or industry following.
- Ability to dedicate a few hours per week to the community.
- Shared values regarding genuine human relationships and a people-first approach.
