What you will do

• Define and execute the security strategy, roadmap, and program priorities in alignment with business objectives.
• Lead, grow, and mentor a team of security engineers across cloud security, GRC, and security operations.
• Own enterprise security architecture across AWS environments, CI/CD pipelines, and corporate infrastructure.
• Drive compliance and governance maturity, including SOC 2, PCI, NIST CSF, ISO 27001, and HITRUST.
• Oversee security monitoring, threat detection, incident response, and vulnerability management programs.
• Partner with Engineering and DevOps to embed security into the SDLC and promote secure-coding standards.

Requirements

• 8+ years of progressive experience in information security, with at least 3 years in a leadership or management role.
• Deep expertise in AWS cloud security, including IAM, VPC architecture, and cloud-native tooling.
• Proven track record of building or maturing security programs and compliance frameworks (SOC 2, PCI, etc.).
• Strong background in security operations, including SIEM/EDR management and incident response.
• Experience embedding security into DevSecOps workflows, including IaC and CI/CD pipeline security.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and translate technical risk into business context.

Nice to have

• Background in adtech, martech, or SaaS industries.
• Relevant security certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA.
