TL;DR
Customer Support Representa (Logistics): Driving world-class customer satisfaction by troubleshooting and resolving issues with an accent on product adoption and effec communication. Focus on root-cause analysis of customer problems, creating internal knowledge bases, and escalating technical issues to relevant teams.
Location: Hybrid/Onsite in Prishtina, Kosovo. Must be able to regularly attend the Kosovo office for training and meetings.

What you will do
- Communicate with customers to identify and resolve the root cause of technical or service problems.
- Provide timely, accurate feedback and follow up to ensure successful issue resolution.
- Prioritize and manage multiple open support tickets simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Create internal guides and knowledge base articles to support the team.
- Escalate critical issues to other departments when necessary.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in customer-facing roles (customer service, support, retail, or sales).
- Exceptional communication skills and professional presence via phone and email.
- Strong interpersonal skills, reliable work ethic, and time management abilities.
- Crea problem-solving skills and an empathetic, posi attitude.
- Availability for one of the shifts: 15:00 - 23:00 or 23:00 - 07:00 Prishtina Time.
Nice to have
- Experience with customer support tools such as Hubspot and Salesforce.
- Background in the supply chain industry.
- Experience collaborating with remote coworkers across different time zones.
- Ability to communicate in additional languages such as German, Spanish, or Mandarin.
