What you will do

• Lead, coach, and manage a team of Production QA Technicians.
• Schedule and assign QA personnel to production lines based on daily manufacturing priorities.
• Decide on the withholding of defective products and initiate immediate corrective actions.
• Oversee the containment, isolation, and documentation of non-conforming materials.
• Collaborate closely with Production, Production Engineering, R&D, and Supply Chain teams.
• Develop and execute training programs for inspection techniques and safety protocols.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or equivalent German certification (Meister/Staatlich geprüfter Techniker).
• 3–5 years of experience in a production/manufacturing QA environment.
• At least 1–2 years of experience in a supervisory or lead capacity.
• Business-level proficiency in both German and English.
• Strong technical understanding, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Hands-on mindset with a structured approach to work.

Nice to have

• Strong understanding of Quality Management Systems.
• Experience in quality management tools such as APQP, PPAP, and FMEA.
• Experience using Computer-Aided Quality (CAQ) software.
