Focus on building mitigations for OWASP Top 10 agentic AI attack vectors (e.g., prompt injection, intent anomalies, rogue agent detection) and applying fraud/risk mitigation across both classic and multi-agent environments.

Salary: $169,000 — $253,000 USD annual OTE (base + incentive), plus equity (where applicable)

What you will do

• Define and champion product strategy and roadmap for Agentic Security within the Auth0 Identity Security product line.
• Lead customer research (surveys, interviews, data analysis) to identify opportunities and improve end-to-end customer journey and product value realization.
• Partner with Product Design on prototypes, wireframes, and concepts; improve usability of UI and APIs for technical and business audiences.
• Execute in Agile with engineering: write user stories, scope sprint work, and manage ambiguity to deliver on time.
• Drive performance optimization using adoption data, hypotheses/baselines for launches, and continuous iteration based on learnings.
• Support commercial growth and go-to-market: run customer campaigns, monitor competition, refine positioning/messaging, and engage field teams for voice-of-customer feedback.

Requirements

• Significant product experience with AI agent creation, orchestration, and MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers for exposing context, tools, and resources to agents.
• Strong command of OWASP Top 10 for Agentic AI, with hands-on experience identifying, triaging, and driving remediation for prompt injection, agent intent anomalies, and rogue agent detection.
• 5–8 years of product management experience in startup or high-growth environments.
• Undergraduate and/or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
• Security/fraud/compliance experience with foundational IAM/CIAM concepts (e.g., OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, SSO, MFA, RBAC) and/or relevant compliance frameworks (e.g., GDPR, CCPA, SOC 2).
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills; proven ability to deliver enterprise software outcomes across the product lifecycle in an Agile environment.
