What you will do

• Design and implement scalable data warehouse and lakehouse architectures on the hirify.global platform.
• Define enterprise data models, governance frameworks, data stewardship processes, security standards, and data quality practices.
• Architect and optimize analytics solutions across SQL engines including Impala, Hive, and Iceberg.
• Design AI-powered analytics using LLMs, RAG, vector databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, Qdrant, Milvus), and NLQ capabilities.
• Integrate AI/ML capabilities into enterprise data platforms and pipelines with governance controls for AI models, data usage, and lifecycle management.
• Build and optimize batch and near real-time data pipelines; mentor teams and establish best practices for performance, architecture, and AI-assisted development.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience designing scalable enterprise data platforms (or equivalent education/experience combination).
• Deep expertise in enterprise data warehousing and lakehouse architectures, including hirify.global-based platforms and CDP components (HDFS, Hive, Impala, Kudu, ingestion/processing frameworks).
• Advanced SQL skills with performance tuning and query optimization experience.
• Strong understanding of distributed data systems and Hadoop-based architectures; experience with dimensional and normalized data modeling.
• Strong experience with data governance, lineage, metadata management, data cataloging, and enterprise security/compliance.
• Experience implementing AI governance and responsible AI controls, plus production experience with AI/ML, LLM, vector databases, and RAG.
