What you will do
- Define and champion product strategy and roadmap for a key Auth0 Identity Security product area in Agentic Security.
- Conduct customer research to identify opportunities, optimize the end-to-end customer journey, and ensure product value realization.
- Partner with Product Design to improve usability of UI and APIs for technical and business audiences.
- Collaborate daily with engineering on Agile delivery: write user stories, scope sprint work, and manage ambiguity to deliver on time.
- Drive performance optimization using data analysis, hypotheses, baselines, and continuous iteration based on learnings.
- Support commercial growth and go-to-market through PLG motions, competitive analysis, and field/customer engagement.
Requirements
- Significant product experience with AI agent creation and orchestration, including MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers and securing non-human AI principals at runtime.
- Strong command of OWASP Top 10 for Agentic AI, with experience identifying, triaging, and driving remediation for prompt injection, agent intent anomalies, and rogue agent detection.
- 5β8 years of product management experience in startup or high-growth environments.
- Foundational knowledge of identity and access management (IAM/CIAM) concepts (e.g., OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, SSO, MFA, RBAC) and/or relevant compliance frameworks (e.g., GDPR, CCPA, SOC 2).
- Demonstrated experience delivering global enterprise software across the product lifecycle.
- Excellent communication and highly collaborative cross-functional working style; deep Agile experience with scoping, sprint planning, and backlog management.
