Account Executive (AEC)

Account Executive (AEC): Driving new business acquisition within the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction sector with an accent on full-cycle B2B SaaS sales and pipeline development. Location: Must be based in Raleigh, NC (Hybrid: 3 days in office)

Compensation: $60,000 - $62,500 base salary + $120,000 - $125,000 OTE

What you will do

• Develop and execute sales plans for an assigned territory to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual goals.
• Proactively prospect, qualify, and develop a robust sales pipeline with minimal supervision.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key internal and external decision-makers.
• Interpret market trends and data to identify new sales opportunities.
• Partner with internal business lines to close deals and impact company revenue.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of full-cycle B2B SaaS sales experience with a focus on new logo acquisition.
• Proven experience in the Architecture, Construction, or Engineering (AEC) field.
• Demonstrated track record of overachievement in sales goals.
• Strong communication skills and ability to present value-based solutions.
• Must be able to work in the Raleigh, NC office 3 days per week.
