TL;DR

Corporate Controller (Industrial & Capex): Managing financial consolidation and performance analysis for Immuno and Molecular divisions with an accent on industrial finance, Capex management, and data integrity. Location: Hybrid role based in Saluggia, Italy

What you will do

  • Consolidate financial performance and PL indicators for global manufacturing plants.
  • Collaborate with divisional FP&A to interpret trends and variances in Gross Margin and Capex.
  • Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across group-level reporting.
  • Support the Group FP&A Director with PL reviews, sensitivity analysis, and business cases.
  • Drive process standardization and continuous improvement of planning and reporting tools.

Requirements

  • University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Engineering.
  • At least 5-7 years of experience in Group Controlling, Corporate FP&A, or Big4 Audit.
  • Fluent English (spoken and written).
  • Strong proficiency in ERP systems (SAP preferred) and consolidation tools (Oracle/SmartView).
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience with data visualization applications.
  • Solid knowledge of IAS/IFRS and industrial accounting principles.
