Location: Must be based in the United States (Nashville, Irving, Atlanta, or Chicago)

Salary: $82,082 - $193,440

What you will do

  • Lead and supervise daily activities of the Salesforce development team.
  • Act as the primary technical point of contact for project delivery.
  • Collaborate with Project Managers and Technical Architects to define and enforce development standards.
  • Perform code reviews to ensure quality, scalability, and adherence to best practices.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
  • Contribute to hands-on development and resolve technical roadblocks.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United States.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • 7+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development.
  • 2+ years of experience in a Technical Lead or team leadership role.
  • Expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Lightning Flows.
  • Proficiency in Git, including branching strategies and merge management.

Nice to have

  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer, B2B Commerce).
  • Experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud, CMS, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud.
  • Exposure to multi-cloud Salesforce implementations.
