TL;DR
Global Commercial Director, Media Partnerships (Media/AdTech/DOOH): Own and scale VOYA’s portfolio of strategic media partnerships globally, extending travel media reach across DOOH, digital/social, mobility, and adjacent verticals with an accent on end-to-end partnership architecture and complex commercial negotiations. Focus on operationalizing partnerships into market-ready propositions through cross-functional work with Product, Tech, Ad Operations, and Insights.
Location: Hamburg Office; based in Singapore, Berlin, or Zurich; travel internationally for partner meetings, events, and conferences

What you will do
- Define and own the global media partnerships strategy for VOYA, building a curated portfolio of supply, platform, and data partners across the full traveler journey
- Identify, structure, negotiate, and close strategic partnerships across DOOH, digital/social platforms, mobility, travel & lifestyle media, and complementary audience/data partners
- Lead complex commercial negotiations end-to-end (revenue share, minimum guarantees, exclusivity, joint go-to-market, and joint business plans)
- Manage and grow partner relationships to consistently meet commercial, operational, and product KPIs tied to revenue and reach targets
- Work cross-functionally with Product, Tech, Ad Operations, and Insights to operationalize partnerships (technical integration, inventory activation, packaging, pricing, and commercial enablement)
- Represent /VOYA at industry events and senior executive meetings; identify new partner categories and structural opportunities to grow the competitive moat
Requirements
- Based in Singapore, Berlin, or Zurich and able to travel internationally for partner meetings, events, and conferences
- Minimum 8 years of proven track record in media, AdTech, programmatic, DOOH, or supply-side commercial roles, including closing and managing complex media partnership deals at senior level
- Strong direct network across media owners, platforms, and the AdTech/programmatic ecosystem (DOOH, digital/social platforms, DSPs/SSPs, mobility/travel/lifestyle media)
- Deep understanding of media supply economics (CPMs, fill rates, revenue share models, programmatic mechanics, exclusivity structures, joint business planning)
- Proven ability to structure and negotiate multi-million-dollar commercial agreements with senior counterparts at global media organizations
- Fluency in English required
