What you will do

• Monitor compliance with relevant legislation, regulations, and directives such as CSDR.
• Support compliance risk analysis, including identifying risks and performing internal controls.
• Assist in reporting to stakeholders and relevant regulatory authorities.
• Prepare presentations and training materials for various compliance topics.
• Assist in the preparation, updating, and control of internal policies and business procedures.
• Support the administration and planning of ad hoc compliance tasks.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Master’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, Law, or related fields.
• Fluent in English and Italian (written and spoken).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• Analytical mindset with a strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail.
• Ability to plan time effectively and work in a structured manner.
• Proactive, independent, and eager to develop new professional skills.

• Theoretical or practical knowledge of compliance and risk management methods and tools.
