What you will do
- Drive growth through inbound and cold outreach activities.
- Educate and qualify leads via phone, email, LinkedIn, and social media.
- Develop a deep understanding of the lead generation process and support marketing campaigns.
- Create and activate email sequences and perform cold calls to map and penetrate accounts.
- Conduct discovery and follow-up calls to schedule meetings for Account Executives.
Requirements
- Fluent in French and English required.
- 6+ months of B2B outbound experience in SaaS, consulting, or tech.
- Proven history of quota attainment.
- Strong interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.
- Entrepreneurial spirit with a growth mindset.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, quota-carrying environment.
Nice to have
- Experience with sales automation tools like Amplemarket, Salesloft, or Outreach.
- Proficiency in Salesforce CRM.
- Previous experience in a fast-growing startup.
