Commercial Finance Sr. Manager (iGaming): Managing financial models, KPIs, and analytics for commercial and growth organizations with an accent on user acquisition, retention, and sportsbook economics. What you will do
- Partner with Product, Marketing, and Operations to translate strategy into financial plans and business cases.
- Own the Revenue Forecast Model, including LTV, CAC, payback, and cohort-level analysis.
- Drive rolling forecasts and annual operating plans in partnership with FP&A.
- Build financial models for promotional spend, pricing, and market expansion.
- Deliver executive-ready analysis and board materials for the CEO and CFO.
- Develop KPIs connecting product behavior to financial outcomes and benchmark against competitors.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in corporate/strategic finance, investment banking, or consulting.
- At least 5 years of experience within a high-growth B2C tech or gaming business.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for building complex driver-based models.
- Working knowledge of SQL and experience with data warehouses (BigQuery preferred).
- Exceptional executive-level communication skills.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
Nice to have
- MBA or CFA certification.
- Experience in sports betting, fantasy sports, or regulated B2C categories.
- Knowledge of marketing mix modeling and incrementality testing.
