What you will do

  • Manage the end-to-end Section 20 consultation process to ensure legislative compliance and accuracy.
  • Prepare and issue statutory consultation notices and major works invoices within strict timescales.
  • Provide expert advice to residents and colleagues regarding leaseholder obligations and billing processes.
  • Represent the Council by preparing documentation and evidence for First Tier Tribunal or Court proceedings.
  • Maintain accurate electronic records and monitor performance against service targets.
  • Resolve complex enquiries, complaints, and correspondence from the public, Members, and MPs.

Requirements

  • Experience in customer-facing roles providing advice and information to stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills with high attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities under pressure to meet strict statutory deadlines.
  • Proficiency in office administration systems, case management, and record keeping.
  • Must be based in or able to work onsite in Romford, United Kingdom.
