What you will do

• Define and execute the long-term vision for a modern design system as a comprehensive product experience platform.
• Lead the development of reusable design patterns, interaction frameworks, and accessibility standards.
• Manage the full lifecycle of shared design assets from discovery and validation to governance and maintenance.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams to align systems with business objectives.
• Build and mentor a high-performing team of designers and systems specialists.
• Define design infrastructure to support emerging AI-driven experiences and evolving product capabilities.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in product design, design systems, or design technology, including leadership of large-scale initiatives.
• 5+ years of people management experience leading senior designers or multidisciplinary teams.
• Extensive experience scaling enterprise-level design systems in complex, multi-product organizations.
• Deep expertise in interaction design, information architecture, and accessibility.
• Technical fluency with frontend technologies, component architecture, and design tokens.
• Must be based in the United States
